Our Primal Lasagna — fresh pasta made in-house, layered with a slow-cooked meat sauce of 100% grass-fed beef, beef liver & heart, tomato, red wine and garden herbs, plus a creamy béchamel made with A2 whole milk, grass-fed A2 butter and 100% Italian Parmigiano Reggiano. No mozzarella — just the good stuff.

Half tray (1.5 kg) — serves 5-6. Bake from frozen in the tray it comes in.

Ingredients: 100% grass-fed beef, beef liver, beef heart, tomato, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, red wine, rosemary, thyme, beef tallow, salt, black pepper, A2 whole milk, 100% Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, grass-fed A2 butter, flour, water, eggs.
