Are these fully beef?

Beef, beef heart, and beef liver — nothing else. No fillers, no binders, no seasoning.

Do they taste like liver?

No. The blend is built to taste like a great burger — the organ meats deepen the flavour, they don't take it over.

Is the beef really grass-fed?

Yes — 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. No grain finishing, no hormones, no antibiotics.

Why frozen?

Because there's nothing to preserve them with — no preservatives, ever. Freezing at peak freshness is the honest way to ship raw patties.

Where do you deliver?

Local delivery across Toronto and surrounding areas every Thursday ($15 close / $45 far, $50 minimum order). Everywhere else in Ontario, we ship frozen by overnight courier.

I'm outside the Toronto area — how does my order get to me?

We ship frozen anywhere in Ontario — your patties packed in an insulated box with gel packs and sent by overnight courier, so they arrive still frozen. Because courier rates vary a lot by distance, long-distance orders can't be placed on the website: email us at mariannepinellis@gmail.com with what you'd like and your postal code, we'll quote your shipping, and send you a payment link.

Are they gluten-free / keto / carnivore?

They're just meat — naturally gluten-free, zero carbs, and built for carnivore and keto eating.
