Good to know
This is a RAW product. Cook to 71°C (160°F) internal temperature.
Keep frozen until use; thaw in the refrigerator, never on the counter.
Once thawed, cook within 2 days. Do not refreeze.

Delivery
Frozen delivery across Ontario. Orders go out Thursdays in insulated packaging. Local delivery: $15 close / $45 far — $50 minimum order.
